| Description | •Supervising & direction of fleet control agents. •Organization of the three shifts for fleet controllers. •Following-up on driver & labor time sheet. •Planning garage maintenance to insure satisfaction of all safety measures. •Following-up on the park level& taking steps to insure its improvement on a daily basis. •Following-up on drivers & vehicle licenses with the Licenses department. •Ensuring that all extinguishers in the vehicles are in working order & coordinating with the safety department for this purpose. •Following-up vehicle maintenance with the workshop department. •Ensuring that the garage is always clean & up to safety & cleanliness standards. •Solving daily problems faced by his team. •Preparing future work plans according to the whole divisions main targets & objectives. •Evaluating employees performance continually & raising their work performance level. •Preparing daily & monthly reports to Manager containing the following: manpower state & all equipments. |
| Qualifications | A Suitable Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma. Min 2 years experience in the same field. Good Communication and supervisory skills. MS Office knowledge. English and French are a plus. |
