Description | Purpose of the Job Familiarizing the guests and the visitors of the Park with the different areas, locations, activities and services in a friendly and professional manner. Major Duties • To greet the guests at their admission in a friendly and professional manner; • To provide information, while touring the Park, to the guests about the Park’s locations, shows, rides and the rest of the activities of the Park; • To ask for feedback about the quality of the services and products sold inside the Park and about the level of professionalism during the tour and how it can be improved; • To handle complaints of the guests and refer it to the Guest Services Supervisor if required; • To prepare incident report when and if required; • To update computer and filing paperwork accordingly on a timely manner; • To lead the guests in case of emergency and/or evacuation; |
