Preparing the policies and procedure of HR in the organization and implementing them. *Planning and preparing the policies of attracting calibers and retaining the existing employees. *Implementing the internal procedure and polices. *Recruiting new calibers and ding the employees orientation. *Managing the employees files with all the related procedure. *Preparing the recruiting ads and doing the screening of resumes and implementing the recruiting policies of the organization. *Participating in the recruiting committees *Managing and updating the HR process in the organization and *preparing reports. *Doing the salary surveys and monitoring the employees *performance and presenting recommendations. *Preparing the employees monthly salary slips *Educating and enlighten the employees about their duties and responsibilities. *Training and developing the employees. *Coordinating with all the concerned departments in the *organization about the employees affairs related matters. *Planning developing and implementing the performance appraisal mechanisms. *Recording and documenting all the legal documents for the system and for the resolutions.
The ability to set long strategic plans *- Highly administrative and leadership skills *- Wide knowledge of labor laws in all the related regions *- Fluent English spoken and written *- High abilities in preparing studies, visibility studies, suggestions and reports *- High abilities in setting contracts and agreements. *- Decision making skills
