•Prepares job descriptions. •Creates, maintains and updates staff performance appraisals systems •Sets plans, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and hiring and evaluating applicant qualifications •Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. •Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover •Establishes new employees’ orientation programs •Carries out training needs analysis in coordination with managers and supervisors. •Establishes training policies, programs, and schedules.
•University degree. •1-3 year of experience in the field of H.R.

1 - 3 Years.
•Good computer skills. •Good communication and interpersonal skills Accurate with high attention to details. •Good teamwork spirit. •Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
