| Description | Manage a team of investigators & collectors to accomplish activities in the investigation & collection units according to bank’s policy.3. Understanding of Bank’s investigation policy and ensure compliance by staff 4. Develop performance standards in terms of call/contact, contact/payment, payment ratio per tool (SMS, Autodialing, Calls, Field).Manage external and internal investigation process.Approve internal and external investigation reports& approve. Manage the Reduction of the overall delinquency rate by reviewing on monthly basis the collection strategy effectiveness.Supervise the developing of the sample checking plan to ensure that external and internal reports are accurate and ensure the process is controlled.Define performance standard in terms of investigate report delivery, execution and accuracy.Supervise the delivery of the first class investigation service. Ensure that the Bank’s KYC and AML procedures are strictly followed |
| Qualifications | University Degree. Minimum years of experience 15 years including 4 years in a leadership position. 5 Minimum years of experience in Investigation activities Professional qualifications in appropriate area. Fluency in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing & Oral) and very good computer skills. |
