Description | Working on Lapsed portfolio to reinstate our lapsed policies as per the set criteria Contacting and Conducting visits to clients to convince them to reinstate their policies Achieve the monthly target as per the criteria set by CS Manager Provide weekly reports on the progress done regarding due premiums Meeting with clients who come to HO for surrendering their policies to convince them to re-sell the policies to them and convince them to continue on their insurance coverage. Visiting the branches and coordinating with field force regarding their lapsed portfolio Reinstatement campaigns Any other CS related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time |
Qualifications | University graduate from commerce or relevant study. Good Computer literacy. |

Other Skills | Two years of experience in a customer service role preferably with a call centre back ground. Adaptability. The capacity to adopt a flexible work style in response to changing circumstances. Initiative. The ability to proactively assess situations or opportunities as opposed to reacting to problems and assignments. It is reflected through action, not simply thinking, and includes willingness to seize opportunities and act decisively and boldly. |
