| Description | •Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, access points, switches, routers, printers, scanners and fax machines as well as configurations on operating systems. •Design, implement Database applications specially in MS Access & SQL •Configure, monitor, and maintain UAS internally developed applications such as database systems and keep it running and correct. •Maintain and administer network machines and technology for PABX, phone systems as well as VOIP, VPN as part of network, Gateway and Firewall. •Perform data backups and images for domain controller, serves, desktops and laptops. •Perform data restore as needed using the backups and images taken. •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. •Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications (e.g. outlook). -Configure, monitor, and maintain active defense (e.g. A.V. NOD32) for servers, desktops and laptops. Check updates to keep it powerful. •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve log on problems to domain accounts, mail accounts and stand alone windows accounts such as resetting password. •Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. -Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. |
