Ensure that all personnel files and variety of information system are maintained in an orderly and a complete manner, such that this accurately represents authorized & up to date terms, conditions, and details of all employees. Maintains the personnel database, updating accurately and quickly as changes occur & ensures the appropriate supporting documentation is accurate & sent to payroll. Prepare contractual documentation concerned with engagement, termination, promotion or change of conditions in line with established procedures; maintains a bring up or order system to identify eligibility for changes; liaises with other departments (e.g. Finance) as necessary to effect appropriate changes. Produces information, audits or analyses of any aspect Ensure that all employees records of attendance, annual leaves and sick leaves are systematic and accurate. Responsible for payroll processing with a high quality of accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with the social security and labor office authorities to ensure smooth operation in line with the country roles and regulation. Produces information, audits or analyses of any aspect of the personnel database or other relevant systems on request, using computerized or manual format, together with supporting summaries (e.g. Manpower Analyses / Plans).
BSc. Accounting. - Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. - Customer oriented.
