-Identify the relevant recruitment channels including employment fairs, recruitment agencies etc. -Ensure that newly acquired CVs are inserted into database -Develop the required recruitment criteria for all vacancies in tandem with the department/client requirements -Review all data entry of new hires on the HRMS Conduct interviews with potential candidates -Conduct exit interviews with the resigned employees -Create internal job postings for the required positions -Develop and submit offer letters to accepted candidates and follow up on their response -Develop the required reports Provide the Personnel department with the new hires application forms and offer letters -Follow up on newly recruited employees during their probation period
• University Degree in Alsun/Arts/Business Administration is preferred • 2-3 Years of working experience in similar operations • Working experience in a related field • Working experience of an HRMS • Working knowledge of the labor law
