Description | 1.Provide all administrative service for the top management . 2.Schedule appointments, meetings and coordinate conferences. 3.Arranging and attending Board of Directors & General Assembly meetings and take minutes together with proposing agenda and preparing necessary documents (by using the power point). 4.Handling travel arrangements and hotels reservations. 5.Control the correspondences. 6.Ensure that filling systems are maintained and up to date. 7.Organizing the recruitment of new staff. 8.Supervises administrative support activities ( medical care, coordinated between several departments, administrative support workers, devise training programs,..…..). 9.Ensure personal files are up to date and secure. 10.Update staff leave schedule. 11. Handling all the services contracts, maintenance contracts and Company utilities. 12. Plan and manage procurement of all office supplies of stationary, supplies, equipment and furniture. |
