Description	1- Lead the planning and implementation of project 2- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables 3- Define project tasks and resource requirements 4- Assemble and coordinate project staff 5- Manage project budget 6- Manage project resource allocation 7- Plan and schedule project timelines 8- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools 9- Support in developing & writing project proposals. 10- Monitor SLA performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements, including follow-up checks for corrective action. 11- Create plan B for any failure that may occur at any of the SLA customer sites. 12- Manage with the technical team visits and response according to the SLA agreed upon with the customer. 13- Responsible for the sending customer satisfaction surveys, collecting statistics and discussing it with the management and thus taking corrective actions if possible.
Qualifications	Education: BSc in Communication or Computer Engineering CCNA is a must, CCNP/CCSP/CCSP is recommended. PMP certification is recommended. Knowledge in Infrastructure, UPS and Access Layer Communication is a must.  Very available/strong time management skills/excellent communication skills/customer oriented skills/ Strong documenting & technical writing skills
