| Description | To ensure proper attainment of and adherence to quality parameters of products and processes at plant level. To integrate the department’s functioning with other departments in evolving better standards of quality of products and services. To provide adequate technical support to the market personnel in widening their knowledge base regarding the products as well as in handling specific complaints. To develop in co-ordination with other concerned departments, functions and suppliers with a view to enhancing quality standards. Check up the specifications of the delivered Raw materials and its approval. Check the Batch cards and the raw materials as quantities and types as in the formula before going in the production immediately. Follow up the stores of Raw Materials and finish products and FIFO system. Investigate the returned back finish products and follow up its classification according to its expiry date or package shape. |
