Description	The candidate will be responsible for validation and verification of developed products. This should include development of test cases, reports and performance benchmarking. Prepare verification and validation test plans, test procedures and test reports Participate in the development of product requirements and specifications from a quality control perspective Perform verification and validation testing of software within the hardware environment Felicitate risk analysis activities Develop and execute test cases on an ongoing basis Test documentation Confirm testing methodology, techniques, standards Innovation, creativity, structure and organization Attention to details with good understanding of system specifications with a determination to discover problems Ability to resolve conflicts and communicate Excellent problem solving and research skills
Qualifications	We are looking for creative, self-motivated, open-minded persons with excellent problem solving and research skills. You will be working in small self-organizing teams and will gain experience in project lifecycles and modern project management approaches leading to management and technical leadership opportunities.
