Develop strategies to attract and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques. Participate in designing, building and implementing recruitment policies and procedures. Ensuring the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs. Prepare Annual Manpower Plan with Department Heads & submit it for approvals. Ensure the vacant positions compliance and consistency with Organization Charts and Job Descriptions. Collect and review candidate CVs and assess their suitability for positions as per the Annual manpower plan . Assisting in establishing the recruitment database. Conduct interviews and reference checks. Maintain up-to-date staffing reports and all related to staffing communications . Develop on-boarding programs and ensuring quality and timely execution. Preparing the employment fairs and handling the c.vs collected in order to support the bank database. Develop good networking with universities and recruitment agencies. Organize advertisements for recruitment campaigns.
University Graduate. Years of Experience 3-5 in the Recruitment. Solid interviewing skills. Insight into people. Strong team building skills . Excellent time management skills.
3 - 5 Years.
Very Good Computer skills (Word , Excel , Access ,Powerpoint ,Visio , Internet applications and Outlook)
