Be customer face,build relations and be main contact point for selected customer accounts in Egypt Perform regular visits to selected customers and follow existing and new projects properly to get results Continuously seek new customers/projects in the country Coordinate visits to the country through this position.Call for action/facilitate/invite other customers for appropriate delivery of opportunities and projects Have clear monetary and nonmonetary targets aligned with related BU’s on above accounts and be jointly accountable to deliver them Come up with the right/better distributor/agent structure in the country without jeopardising relations with the existing ones Find alternatives and make proposal Follow developments in Egypt market,new players,competition,politics,administrative and provides continuous market info The areas the person can use own initiative; prices and terms related with customers with related reps,search for new customers
Speaking Arabic and English Experience of Egypt market/country No restriction to travel Deep commercial skills Experienced in food business at least 5 years, preferably in B2B Self-initiator,result oriented,business acumen Perfect communication skills Good level of influencing skills Politically savvy to manage/connect different Business Units Open minded, challenges the status quo and enterprising
