Description | • Manage, develop and implement an all year round training calendar for the different levels and channels • Address the capability development requirements, by priority, through implementing the relevant trainings from PepsiCo. available training material • Lead the development of Tailor Make trainings to address certain people capabilities gaps • Identify and train facilitators to run the different training programs for different levels • Work in coordination with the Distribution Capability Development Manager to identify and develop more effective and efficient S&D organization structure and processes • Prepare and/or develop the new trainings needed before implementing new sales and distribution systems and approaches • Develop the people plan based on the GO-TO-Market new approaches requirements • Own the Sales On boarding process and implementation, ensuring that every new joiner receive the relevant On boarding before and while handling the new role • Work in coordination with the HR Org. Dev. team and the Distribution Capability Development Manager to identify and develop more effective and efficient S&D organization structure and processes • Coordinate with the regional team the implementation of the regional training programs by relevant population within the S&D organization ensuring its localization and customization |
