Prepare, finalize and coordinate commercial offers and contracts related to contract logistics business. • Assist in marketing material preparation (presentation, brochures, etc..,) • Conduct market survey and prioritize business opportunity. • Maintain excellent relation with existing and potential clients. • Conduct outdoors sales visits as planned. • Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports • Provides direct assistance and information to the sales senior management. • Maintains records of daily sales & requests transactions. • Maintains open and cooperative communication with clients. Call clients to set collection appointment. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. •Develops professional relationships with internal and external clients based on mutual goals and service standards. •Ability to understand internal and external client concerns and to address them in the most professional and efficient manner
Excellent command of English is a must. •Very good computer skills (MS Excel and Power point), •advanced selling & negotiating skills •High inter-personal & communication skills. •dynamic & ability work under pressure. •1-2 years experience in sales position. • Self-motivated, organized and able to meet sales goals. •previous experience in training or educational field is preferable, •Proactive, motivated and flexible team player. •Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department. •Ability to work outside the office
