| Description | Tax 1.Perform delivery of advice and guidance on tax matters 2.Determine correct tax rates, accounting for, collecting and remitting taxes paid to regulatory authorities. 3.Prepare of tax returns, including corporate returns, local and other tax adjustments and returns including Sales Tax, customs & With-Holding , property tax returns Audit 1.Prepare, reporting and submission of statutory filings and consolidated annual reports – External Audit Report 2.Perform audit support specific to accounting and external reporting 3.Coordination and management of outsourcing relationship with third-party providers (auditors) Banking and Insurance 1.Perform daily cash positioning, funds concentration and mobilization 2.Negotiate of financing and loans and servicing of debt 3.Develop and monitoring short and long term cash forecasts 4.Provide treasury management policy and procedure, management reporting and audit support specific to the treasury management process 5.Follow up on Insurance Policies Book Closing 1.Maintenance of general ledger and preparation of company consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements 2.Checking all posting to sub-ledger and general ledger |
