Senior Marketing Specialist
Full Time
• Research to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition. • Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits. • Assist in implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts. • Help in preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives. • Assist in planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. • Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data. • Assist in preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with advertising agency; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. • Assist in researching for competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. • Assist in monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. • Planning and concept development and execution of print and media campaigns.
• Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time. • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills. • Effective project management skills. • Sound understanding of marketing principles. • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing. • Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals. • Plan decisions and practice good judgment. • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills. • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts. • Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
