Description
- Prepares systems for installation of applications products. - Handles all problems concerning maintenance contracts, warranties and time and material calls. - Executes the responsibilities of a Customer Support Engineer in accordance with the documented Delegation of Authority Matrix. - Discusses product problems related in contracts and warranty and follows up with vendor response centers. - Provides customers with the first level of support within service level agreements ensuring product installations, software implementations, warranty, and after sales services are effectively achieved. - Troubleshoots hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system performance issues. - Recommends spare parts requirements, issues spare parts quotations to customers, and releases required spare parts from warehouse.
Qualifications
- CCNA & any other certifications is a plus. - Excellent knowledge in MS office. - Maximum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting AVAYA products.
