Description	• Plans,& reviews the work of team leaders,application system analysts,designers,technical writers,& programmers engaged in requirements analysis,feasibility studies,preparing time & cost estimates,developing & testing of information systems. • Develops requests for proposed specifications for software to be developed. • Evaluates & schedules requests for new application systems, modifications & changes to existing application systems. • Learns & becomes efficient in new technologies as dictated by product strategy. • Puts forward improved suggestions at any stage of the project life cycle. • Sets programming standards & procedures for developed projects. • Responsible for implementing standard company process & procedures by all team members. • Evaluates & monitors team member،¦s performance & work product quality,& submit performance & quality reports to his/her manager. • Reviews analyses of activities,costs,operations,&forecast data to determine a team،¦s progress toward stated goals & objectives. • Confers with managers & other administrative personnel to review achievements & discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status & conditions. • Architects new product features,technologies utilized in development,connectivity,underlying technologies,operating systems,& future upgrade paths. • Recommends & implements new strategies for product development & implementation.
Qualifications	Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering. Masters degree (M. A.) or six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management study and knowledge is a must. 5 years experience in developing software applications & 3 years experience in developing business applications. Knowledge of database design methodology is a must. Knowledge of MS Project (or similar programs) is a must. Experience in developing Business Applications and/or ERP Solutions. Experience in Microsoft SQL Server development. Experience in database performance optimization techniques. Experience in object oriented programming techniques; knowledge of Delphi and/or C++ is a must. Excellent command of English language. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent Time Management Skills. Strong Leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
