Description	Responsible for all Technical Departments as Contract Administration, Tendering, Procurement, QS, Design & Shop Drawing, , Planning, Cost Control and Document Controlling. Responsible for the business development and company strategies. Review, control and approve all departments work. Monitoring and supervise all projects to insure the applying the proper procedures and quality. Prepare the monthly reports of all projects including and not limited to cash in/out, procurement plans, labor plans, planning, remaining works, subcontractors status, etc… Review the company financial situation and propose solutions if required.
