Description | • Providing all services related to civil tenders including tenders study & analysis • Receiving civil tenders documents and performing necessary work according to tenders directors instructions • Examining documents and analyzing data and drafting a preliminary report of important points to decide on whether to submit a proposal or not • Distributing work among tender study engineers • Reviewing tenders general and special conditions and projects drawings included in tenders with tenders study engineers and calculates their effect on the total cost • Reviewing important points included in the tenders with tender study engineers and designs the work plan • Coordinating site visits with tender study engineers to carefully understand all expected circumstances and conditions during execution and their reflection on cost • Cooperating with purchasing and execution departments to decide on raw material, supplies and overhead costs and include them in the tender • Reviewing raw materials, overhead, supplies and other price offers supplied by sub contractors • Reviewing tenders inquiries and missing data with tenders study engineers and coordinate with them getting all adequate information • Preparing technical and financial offers as well of bills of quantities • Preparing tenders final documents and technical brochures • Attending negotiation meetings and cooperate in analyzing results |
Qualifications | B.Sc. Civil Engineering Over 10 years experience in tenders study & analysis Experience in construction engineering Communication & negotiation skills Cost accounting Managerial & leadership skills Organization skills Team player |
