Description
1. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. 2. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. 3. Keep track of the inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivables and data entry. 4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 5. Resolve accounting discrepancies. 6. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems. 7. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. 8. Experience in aging and receivables reports 9. Experience in payable account reports 10. Performs all other duties as required or assigned to him by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Suitable applicants will be graduates with a minimum of 1-2 years in FMCG companies. - Educated to a minimum bachelor’s degree level in a Commercial subject. - Fluent in English and must have excellent written and communications skills - Familiar with accounting software. - Familiarity with international accounting standers. - Ability to handle tasks independently - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and MS Outlook
