1- Taking charge of the logistical needs of the Head of Non Life Sales including rooms’ arrangements, trainings, reservations for events, and receiving visitors. 2- Receiving and screening calls and communications for the Head of Non Life Sales according to priority. 3- Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, facilities and taking minutes and resolutions as well as communicating them to attendees to help them follow up on decisions made in the meetings or working groups. 4- Typing, compiling and presenting all correspondences and reports requested by the Head of Non Life Sales. 5- Ensuring efficient filing in the Head of Non Life Sales’ office. 6- Organizing the Head of Non Life Sales office administrative procedures and services including requisition of supplies and stationary. 7- Handling cheques’ requisitions and cash advances. Learning and Self Development 8- Ensuring continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance. 9- Keeping up to date with company’s standards, policies, procedures and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities.
University degree. At least 2 years of work experience.

- Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent oral and written communications skills with a high customer service orientation. - Cooperative with good teamwork spirit. - Excellent time management skills. - Accurate with strong attention to details. - Creative with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Excellent computer skills.
