•Supports in arranging Travel plans, Flight reservations, Hotel booking, and Car rental. •Contacting various embassies and finding out what are their needed documents requirements. •Handling employees’ immigration needed paper work. •Preparing Purchase Requests for projects, sign them with the appropriate Delegation of Authority, and sending them to the customer. •Handling phone and email inquiries, and the related correspondences. •Contacting with employees and follow up with them to get all the missing needed data completed (Time cards, contacts, etc…). •Keeping up to date with the Company’s standards polices, procedures, and authority limits that affects implementation of responsibilities.
•Excellent Oral and Written Skills with high customer service skills. •Flexibility in working hours (with ability to work remotely from home if needed). •Mature approach with ability to work unsupervised. •Takes initiative to get the job done within the deadlines. •Must be a team player and have a good attitude •Ability to translate documents from English to Arabic and Vice versa. •Highly skilled user in MS Office Applications. •Very good Email communication skills.
