Description	•Lead the preparation of the group consolidated budget and periodic forecasts, and provides guidance to the budget owners to ensure their adherence to the company’s strategies and objectives. •Organize the quarterly senior budget meetings and provide the budgetary and analytical support for the decision making. •Track, monitor and report the actual financial information and the related analytical reports to the management and shareholders •Conduct the root cause analysis for the variances in actual vs. budget and forecasts. •Evaluate the performance of all subsidiaries and divisions; identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations for improving the financial operations and financial position of the group. •Perform the budgetary control over all business activities and make recommendations to minimize variances and improve the internal processes. •Prepare and update the company’s standard processes, procedures and guidelines related to budgeting and budgetary control including the budget manual, the standard budget preparation process, the budgetary control guidelines and procedures…etc and ensure the adherence to these procedures
Qualifications	•Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field •6-8 (8 -10) years experience in various financial roles, preferably in budgeting and financial analysis, at least 2 years of them in a managerial role in a multinational firm. •Knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting, financial analysis and consolidation preferably in telecommunication and construction fields •Strong knowledge of the international accounting standards; with ERP experience preferably Oracle financial
