1. To plan business development strategies for new business opportunities and identify competitors strategies, pricing trends and policies. 2. To assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals and tenders including obtaining engineering, estimating and procurement information. 3. To participate in proposal and pricing reviews with department managers and clients. 4. To participate in proposal presentations and negotiations with clients including identification of client business development needs and plans for future growth and projects. 5. To conduct research of current and possible future markets and make recommendations for new services to be developed. 6. To recommend new industry markets that the Company could actively pursue with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)scope. 7. To manage relationships with manager and key executives in client and prospective organizations and utilize these relationships to enhance overall business development efforts. 8. To effectively use and develop methods to demonstrate how the Company can help to grow a client’s business and solve their technical, engineering and construction problems through EPC functions. 9. To manage budgets for activities related to business development.
Essential: • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline • Knowledge of Corporate policies and directives related to proposal and contract formulation • Tendering Process • Sales techniques • Reporting and Recording • Contract management • Tendering and proposal development • Needs Analysis • Interpersonal Skills • 4 to 6 Years of Work Experience in a field relevant to the position.
