| Description | •Is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all kinds of civil works and communication equipment. •To follow apply maintenance system through work requests and work orders on computerized maintenance system. •Is responsible for executing maintenance processes in his department to be executed in a for the personnel safe way. •To have a close liaison with the operations department to plan when there are heavy anticipated operating work loads, or periods of necessary maintenance, and conclude priority ratings. •Responsible to secure required spare parts for all equipments in cooperation with planning supervisor to keep normal and smooth operation for all equipments. •Keep an accurate history and log files for all equipments , also tracking records for all consumables and wear items. •To schedule,apply,and record a periodically audit cycles on facilities , utilites and Auxiliaries to recover the resultant notes in short time. •To be under call in emergency cases or in matter of equipments malfunction which needs his attention and to provide technical support and advice his subordinates by means of communications. •To ensure that the docks regulations/health and safety at work act are carefully followed and incorporate risk assessment in working systems where applicable. |
| Qualifications | •Strong communication skills. •Good interpersonal skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong Business and Analytical skill for complex problem solving. •The ability to understand the business problems and to use analytical skills to research and resolve. •The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. •Good knowledge of terminal equipments. •Ability to organize & priorities workload of terminal equipments maintains. •Ability to motivate. |
