The scope of this position focuses on researching and recommending effective strategies for driving significant growth within fixed voice services in enterprise segment. This is based on a adapting new technologies that will generate more voice revenues (or sustain) to the enterprise business unit &. The scope is also on setting and identifying the commercial voice services description and prices in adherence to the previously established business units marketing strategy
-To manage Service life cycle from ideation stage through service development, soft-launch, commercial launch and management -To develop commercial voice service description for new offerings -To help Marketing Planning in developing pricing for different enterprise voice services. -To work with Communication & PR to develop communication campaigns, marketing collaterals and training material for new and existing services -To approve soft-launch and Commercial Launch of various voice services -To initiate regulatory approval in coordination with Marketing Planning -To manage profitability and revenue of service -To analyze feedback on different enterprise voice services from integration with MAS solutions management, Key Accounts Sales, Business Sales, Customer Care and I&R and implement required Service Changes -To adjust service pricing in line with the service portfolio approach & maintain profitable margins for every new service or bundle.
