| Qualifications | •Bachelors degree in accounting with an excellent academic record •8:10 years progressive experience in accounting management, preferably as a cost accountant in a dairy or pharmaceutical manufacturing organization •Strong analytical skills •Ability to lead, motivate and support accounting team •Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals |
