The Customer Relationship Specialist will support and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of e commerce, store and call centre customer service representatives to consistently deliver high customer satisfaction. *Assess, design, execute customer satisfaction measurement activities, report on findings and recommend action plans *Design and manage customer relationship management systems including knowledge management data *Develop customer service skills amongst staff *Develop plans for immediate and long term improvement *Encourage staff to proactively solve problems and timely address customer issues *Ensure the right customer service processes and strategies are implemented across the board *Ensure that necessary systems, tools and information are available *Facilitate solutions to solve and/or escalate customer issues
