Description | 1. Updating sales teams on daily basis regarding stock availability and other sales info., And review with each individual order status 2. Continuous communication with key customers like processors, wholesalers to develop a strong relationship with them. 3. Taking orders from sales managers, sales officers, and customers 4. Check stock availability and order-compliance to production plan / product portfolio. 5. Coordination with planning team for possibilities of some order changes. 6. Generate “Delivery Order” after order confirmation from related area manager; the target is to achieve “order fulfilment” within 48 hours. 7. Arrange with transportation team for transportation possibility 8. Arrange with shipping team for order delivery 9. Issue “customer complaint notes” and process it with the concerned person 10. Issue customer inquiries for new references, new sizes |
Qualifications | 1. B.SC of relevant academic study. 2. 0-2 years experience. 3. Fluent in written and spoken English, French will be an advantage. 4. Excellent Computer literature , SAP background will be an advantage . 5. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. 6. Strong Team working and Networking skills. 7. Ability to work in extended working hours and in week ends in turn basis. |
