| Description | • To plan, organise and coordinate the requirements of raw & packing materials, and consumables. • To assess the requirements of materials based on rolling plan, monthly sales budget and annual sales targets. • Demand Planning- evaluate objectively the demand given by Business Creation, information provided by customer support and historical trend to reduce demand variability. • Conduct Sales and Operation meetings to align supply to demand plan. • To communicate and be the focal point of dissemination of information regarding demand and supply to and from Conversion to BC and vice versa and to and from Demand Planning team in India. • Allocate incoming information requests from customers to the team, prioritizing action, monitoring team resource to meet SLA’s. • Provide feedback on the development at customer end. • To monitor slow moving inventory of finished product and convert them into values. • Advising on ways and ensure that the Purchase Orders / Order Confirmations received at are promptly scrutinized and acknowledged. • Ensuring all communications to the customers are given as per standard process • Providing guidance for error free documentations and the same reaches the required destination as per standard set |
