Description
1 Process all daily updates and changes coming into the database in the country, deliver on time, follow high quality standards and meet the agreed service level agreements
2 Answer and follow up updates requests on the phone, keyboard updated data into the database
3 Check data consistency into the system
4 Improve database quality, implement new clearing and validity checking procedures
5 Apply and follow the updating procedures implemented by the management
6 Provide documents and report on activities in the agreed format and within deadlines
7 Contribute to match&merge;operations
8 Contribute to Direct Marketing activities in coordination with the Database Manager or Database Coordinator and the Direct Marketing Department
9 Share the information with the other team members and the management
10 Act as a reference for colleagues (reserved to Senior Database Operators)
11 Contribute to the integration of new Database Operators (training, monitoring) (reserved to Senior Database Operators)
12 Can contribute to the definition and launching of new procedures and tools (reserved to Senior Database Operators)
13 Contribute to the improvement of procedures and tools (reserved to Senior Database Operators
