•Consulting with document owners to drive improved end customer comprehension and loyalty by adding personalization to transactional communications. •Develop strategies to decrease cost and increase efficiency and quality of the clients communications. •Identify new opportunities to expand companys services and equipment across the enterprise. work with the account management teams to develop these opportunities •Working directly with internal and external creative ⁄design groups to recommend alternatives for designing documents that take advantage of production efficiencies in an automated document factory environment. •Identify and document best practices for successful site implementation. •Train and support free flow solutions, as required. •Track and report the impact of document re-engineering advice.
*BSc. desired for mass communication or advertising. *Knowledge in finance, basic pricing, spreadsheets. *Advanced skills in MS Office & Internet navigation & use.
3 - 5 Years.
• Requires problem solving/ analytical skills as well as creativity & negotiation skills. • Requires ability to quickly build partnerships/ rapport with customers. • Must have basic graphic design skills. • Must have project & account management experience. • Requires proficiency in the adobe creative suite, quark express, ms office. Background Experience: • Account management knowledge, with customer relationship experience. • Sales experience • Financial planning & analysis experience required.
