General Accountabilities: Execute all operations related to vessels. Responsibilities: • Vessel forwards with suppliers and clients • Invoicing • Nominating vessel name , arrival date and quantities to clients • Revising and filling supplier contracts • Linkage with the commercial department and the supplier • Issuing cargo manifest • Calculating vessel demurrage and dispatch • Calculating vessel account • Issuing export documents • Execution of import and export purchasing / sales contracts • Following up on clients payments • Updating logistics format • Filling and data keeping • Department General duties • Web search for new suppliers and communicating for new business lines with new suppliers and buyers • Helping in issuance of Letter of Credits and following up on amendments requested from buyers and sellers also being in direct contact with banks to assure smooth delivery of documents and cash flow. • Assist in revising and controlling contracts and confidentiality letters and all kinds of agreements and declarations. • Following up on various local and international trade Contracts, Letter of Intends, Shipping Documents, Commercial Invoices.
• Certificate from an accredited university. • Strong computer skills • Highly accurate • Multi tasks • Team player • Highly organized • Results oriented • Self motivated.
