DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Goals/Mission - Consultancy Services and Technical Sales Support for Siemens Process Analytics products - Training coaching and mentoring to regional Siemens Process Analytics staff - Assist Middle East Regional Service teams to identify and develop service contracts for Siemens Process Analytics products Working Partners -Internal: Siemens Product Support Managers, Siemens Process Analytics Service Manager, Siemens Process Analytics Service Staff and Sales Staff - External: Siemens and Partner solution centers, Customers in Middle East Region and Internationally Tasks - Interface between Siemens local service teams and factory support groups for technical changes - Introduction of new products and technical issues - Assist sales teams with legacy business for applied automation, obsolete Siemens Equipment and competitor products - Intervention at customer sites where local service teams are unable to cope/solve problems of a technical or organizational nature - Play an active role in business development and driving sales and service - Build long term business relationships with customers - Monitor and coach Siemens Industry Automation service organisations in Saudi, Egypt, UAE and assist where required to ensure they are capable of self support of their customers for Technical issues relating to Process Analytics products
Education Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent Experience - At least 8 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Siemens Process Analytics products - Significant experience in service business, manufacturing and product application - 5 years of experience in project management - 3 years of experience in leading multi-cultural teams
