| Description | •Follow HSE Policies, Manuals, Guidelines, Specifications, Standards and Procedures. •Maintain and update the management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards •Implement and monitor HSE Plans periodically. •Review the compliance. •Implement HSE Training Plan. Identify training needs and impart training inclusive of Third Party Training •Conduct HSE Audits and Inspection. •Follow up on non-conformance and corrective action •Implement related roles on Emergency response. •Develop, update, educate and implement Emergency Response Plans. •Implement program for inculcating awareness among employees on HSE related issues. •Review, suggest improvement and approve contractor HSE Plans and documents. |
| Qualifications | •Bachelor degree •5 years of HSE experience including managerial role at a site-specific level and managing multiple projects. •Working knowledge of OHSAS18001 auditing processes and protocols. •Knowledge of industry associations, affiliations and other resources. |
