Description | Ensures the optimal operational performance and efficient utilization of the manufacturing assets in the Factory, considering total delivered cost, quality and service. Also includes the co-ordination and implementation of best practice and business initiatives, ensuring the effectiveness implementation, as well as the co-ordination of different Productivity teams and Operations Development actions. |
Qualifications | - Min. 5 to 8 years of experience in the same job or food industrial - Participating in project teams. - Full awareness about production process. - Have a good knowledge about quality, planning, costing & application group. Management exposure across several functions - Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams - Participation in the development of engineering projects - Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply experience) |
