Description	o Design and develop learning solutions by preparing clear learning objectives that reflect the required performance. o Consulting with SMEs and others to create instructor led, self study , and online instructional content that effectively engages the learner. o gathers, reviews, and validates customer requirements and learning needs. o gathers and understand target audience needs, characteristics and learning attitudes o determines the best instructional strategy, to meet customer learning expectation and learner features o establish main learning goals and write performance-based objectives o decide the assessment objectives and suggest testing techniques for evaluate level of mastery (according to customer requirements) o organizes content, providing high-level design and pre-scripting(story-boarding) o creates design documents as deliverable HLDD/DDD (High Level Design Document – Detailed Design Document)
Qualifications	o Fluent in English written and spoken. o Strong background in IT. o Minimum 1 year experience in teaching, training, and preferred to have a previous experience as an instructor in the same field. o Ability to design teaching or training material, courses and curricula. o Has strong ability to deal with the material and identify user needs, analyze and logically organize complex technical information. o Planning and organizing skills. o Good writing skills.
