| Description | Review operational queries/ problems of international branches in consultation with the Heads of different divisions at the head quarters.Review international branches’ operations and recommend to the branch managers the necessary changes.Set up the necessary processes and procedures as required in order to ensure consistent high levels of coordination and support between head office and the international branches. Build and maintain strong and effective relationship between international branches and head office divisions as well as between the different branches with one another.Serve as operational partner to International Branch Managers, proactively anticipate and meet the needs of Headquarters in managing branch operations.Monitor and analyze the respective International Branch, performance and keep the Senior Management updated on events that may affect their performance.Review and analyze the Branch Operations and recommend best practices.Understand the P&L of respective International Branch and ensure providing the necessary facilitation to support their performance up to the agreed target.Coordinate and assists overseas units to resolve issues highlighted by management or audit shortcomings including liaising with various departments in Head Office.Act as an entrepreneur for International branches and direct the branch managers to introduce new business opportunities . |
| Qualifications | University Degree in Business and or Accounting. Minimum years of experience needed for the job (15 – 20 years) in banking, including 5+ years in external markets(mainly Gulf market). Excellent Command of Arabic and English language. |
