| Description | •Provide 2nd level technical support and guidance to client through consulting ,teaching and publication of documentation. •Follow up with IT Helpdesk team to ensure commitment for SLA and customer satisfaction. •Provide technical expertise for the planning and definition of new system •requirements: perform feasibility and performance studies, including benchmark, •capacity planning, sizing, etc. •Develop appropriate systems recommendations to meet user needs, including •system configurations and installation planning. •Prepare and present technical product information to user community. •Implementation and post-installation responsibilities include technical consulting to •user community and providing solutions to software problems. •Support and be responsible for defined system administration activities on an •allocated/defined system or environment. •Support and improve system environment and services (sizing). •Support defined areas of the business, e.g. departments or countries in user and •operational requirements, troubleshooting and migration to new versions. •Write all related documentation (Validation docs, systems •proposals/recommendation, etc). •Provide input to Service Level Agreements definition. •Design configuration and administration in support of on-going projects. •Execute change management activities. •Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion. |
