Description	• Establish a good relationship with the customers at the counter. • Perform proper update of client payments to us in system • Ensure proper follow up and efficient processes are in place in handling credit customers and their outstanding related to all of Egypt. • Ensure the collection documents to be filed in accordance with established procedures. • No audit or management letter points in own area of responsibility. • Ensure compliance with all local and global Finance SOPs. • Petty cash expenses only paid when approved by authorized signatory. • Send credit customer weekly statements • Assure credit agreements are well maintained and within global SOP. • Perform credit evaluations. • No IOUs (cash in advance) outstanding for more than 3 days. • Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements in procedures/savings.
Qualifications	• 1-2 years of relevant experience with front office exposure. • Good knowledge of the logistics business requirements. • Good communication skills. • Good command of English language. • Good knowledge of PC software (MS Office and Outlook mail). • Detail-orientation, punctuality & responsibility. • Ability to work under pressure with the customers at the counter
