Description | DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - Responsible for variety of administrative support tasks for the business unit. Tasks: - Preparing copies of files, submittals for all the systems as per the managers instruction - Preparing events (Hotel reservation, meet and assist service, pick up, etc...) - Taking Minutes of Meeting - Taking notes for incoming calls. - Assisting in compliance related issues, such as: maintenance of compliance related tools (Business Partner Tool, Spodom, Approve it, etc...) - Preparing stationary requests - Doing all administrative related tasks Capabilities: - Fast learning - Business competence - Communication skills - Office communication/management skills - Team playing skills - Result and quality orientation - Customer focus - Professional ethics |
