Description | 1. Responsible for attendance, time keeping & maintaining attendance transaction & external governmental relation with labor & social insurance offices 2. Managing and operating HR software application to record attendance, vacation balance, sick leaves and other deductions from payroll and finalize transactions at the end of the month in a timely manner. 3. Coordinate with governmental external offices such as labor, social insurance offices …etc, act as liaison the labor and social insurance office and the company in any complain and audits 4. Follow-up medical insurance form preparing employees list until issuing medical card 5. Handles staff medical insurance requests and liaise with the medical insurance provider 6. Handle all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required |
