Understands and follows departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. - Works closely to provide all business units with relevant technical support and after sales services for their customers. - Provides customers with the first level of support within service level agreements ensuring product installations, software implementations and after sales services are effectively achieved. - Checks pre-installation requirements and site preparations for new hardware installations. - Prepares systems for installation of applications products. - Handles all problems concerning maintenance contracts, warranties and time and material calls. - Troubleshoots hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system performance issues. - Promptly reports any customer raised concerns or complaints to management team. - Monitors customer requirements and conveys them to the organization to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction - Attends technical courses needed to achieve unit certifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering or related field - At least 1 year of experience in implementing and supporting Cisco Voice (VOIP) solutions - CCNA & CCVP certifications are highly recommended - Demonstrate a strong initiative and willingness to learn new skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
