| Description | - Independently handle the account demand, engaging with daily inquiries, analyze the flow of information - Translate customer requisitions into a clear production orders based on designed time & action plan. - Ensure that invoicing targets are achieved & product profitability is in line with budget and strategic directions. - Collaborate with production planning and forecasting teams to enhance service delivery, operation efficiency. - Proactively identify inventory opportunities risks and drive solutions. - Assist in implementing Supply Chain / Logistics module of selected ERP package. - Provide business review information when requested. - Work proactively with production to improve product quality and solve quality problems and initiating actions and follow up on the corrective actions. - Maintain regular follow up and feedback to the customer regarding quality performance. - Supports the purchasing team in all aspects of supplier development & new supplier qualifying processes. |
| Qualifications | - Bachelor degree is required. - A background of L/C’s, L/G’s & all methods of payment. - Requires ability to understand materials requirements and choose from several options. - Aware of customs regulation & international trading terms (INCOTERMS 2000). - Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Access & MS Outlook. - Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Axapta is preferred). - Strong oral & written English capabilities with excellent presentation skills. |
