Meet & Exceed the targeted volume within the product mix. Ensure prompt contracting terms to the benefit of the business which secure a fruitful relationship with the customers. Optimize the use of the escalated budget assigned for his territory, supporting the dept audit needs. Manage all the related processes to achieve an efficient presence, plan an adequate monthly visit route for his territory, and meet the required volumes sourced thru a multitude of customers’ category. Tolerate with the day to day operation issues to meet the agreed credit terms with his accounts, avoiding any past dues – if any - within his territory. Being the one accountable person known throughout his entire customers located in his territory, yet, he / she is responsible to set a firm mutual wiring system within his accounts structure. Should play an instrumental role to connect different levels of both parties on professional bases execution, financial, operational stand point, and leverage the marketing tools – if any - in favour the business.
- Strong communication skills & ability to build professional relation across other functions internally & externally. - Able to learn analytical, planning, and thinking skills. - With 1-2 years of commercial experience he / she should be able to problem solving, carrying a team working skills internally & externally. - Attention to detail & willingness to experiment. - Financial background with a strong negotiation skill oriented to B2B structure. - Understand and experience his customers’ behaviour on all levels in their organisation.
