Description	DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Goals/Mission - To facilitate effective Supply Chain Management in coordination with Siemens regional offices, customers, sales and commercial colleagues Working Partners - Customers - Suppliers - Freight forwarders - Sales and commercial colleagues Tasks - Process sales orders and purchase orders (in Spiridon) - Process order confirmation from suppliers and sending order confirmation to customers - Manage materials delivery and provide regular status updates to customers - Ensure purchase orders and sales orders are closed on time - Manage the export control process for customers - Work with finance department to clear incoming invoices - Prepare all necessary shipping documents to ensure that all shipments are correctly cleared Capabilities - Good Communication skills - Takes the initiative - Negotiation Skills Additional Information - Knowledge of local UAE market is preferred
Qualifications	Education - University degree in Commerce or any relevant field Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar Logistics & Supply Chain role - Proven track record in excellent customer service - Experience in processing complex orders - Experience in a multi-cultural environment
